By submitting your videos/photos you are stating, “I am the owner of the worldwide rights to publish the photographs and videos that I am submitting to the Global Water Dances organization. I understand that I retain the right to use my own images, and that I will receive credit for these images whenever possible. By submitting photographs and videos of this dance, I hereby take responsibility for these images and grant permission to the Global Water Dances organization to use any and all of these images for purposes of publicity, education, and to further its mission.”

Uncompressed Uploading:

When you have a choice, please send uncompressed footage!!

Filming:

If possible, use:

–       16:9 Widescreen Aspect Ratio

–       Preferably High Definition (minimum 1280 x 720, optimal 1920 x 1080)

–       29.97FPS (Frames Per Second)

–       .MP4 file with H.264 codec

Finally, please send your footage either as a QuickTime (.mov) or an MP4 file with H.264 codec. However, we will be able to download any other type of files.

We will be respectful of your footage. Please understand that we cannot use everything that is sent to us.
