History of Site and Related Water Issues:

Lake Daumesnil is an artificial lake, created at the end of the XIXth century, located in the wood of Vincennes, 12 Arrondissement east of Paris, France. It is a space of beauty, calm, one can make the boat, big trees bring their freshness. It is interesting also from its artificial side, which indicates the importance that man gives to the water in the environment of a great metropolis. This necessity for man to live close to water, and to feel surrounded by the fauna and flora that develop there. Birds, plants and flowers, which a priori have no place in our contemporary world, are thus valued and respected, so the basis of our body is water, without it no humanity possible.
